U.S. pilots train with ally South Korea; North says America “begging for war”

More heated rhetoric from North Korea this week, as reported by The Hill. U.S. and South Korean forces are conducting a massive aerial drill called “Vigilant Ace.” North Korea stated that the U.S. is begging for war by holding the drill, which involves over 12,000 members of the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps.

230 aircraft, including F-22 and F-35 fighters will take part in the drill, which follows in the wake of a successful missile test by the North. The North’s latest missile is apparently capable of reaching the United States.
